Lancaster, PA – On September 22, 2026, the Lancaster Township Police Department learned that the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office had an active warrant for the arrest of Joshua Luis Roman stemming from a failure to appear in court on drug-related charges.
Officers responded to Roman’s residence in the first block of Park Avenue in an attempt to locate him but were unable to make contact. Officers subsequently established communication with Roman by telephone and, through investigative efforts, arranged a meeting.
At approximately 10:04 p.m., Roman met with officers and was taken into custody without incident. Following his arrest, Roman was incarcerated at Lancaster County Prison, where he will remain pending further court proceedings.
