Lancaster Township Police Execute Arrest Warrant

Lancaster Township, PA – The Lancaster Township Police Department had an active warrant for the arrest of Daniel Santiago, of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, for Failure to Appear at a Preliminary Hearing in connection with charges previously filed by the department. Those charges include Endangering the Welfare of Children and Selling or Furnishing Liquor, Malt, or Brewed Beverages to Minors (M3).

On Sunday, September 13, 2026, officers with the Lancaster Township Police Department responded to a residence in Lancaster Township in an effort to serve the outstanding warrant. Santiago was located at the residence and taken into custody without incident.

Following his arrest, Santiago was committed to Lancaster County Prison, where he will remain pending further court proceedings and the scheduling of a new hearing date.
