On September 1, 2026, at approximately 1:27 a.m., Lancaster Township Police officers on routine patrol observed a male acting suspiciously near a vehicle to the rear of the Manor Shopping Center, located in the 1200 block of Millersville Pike.
Upon making contact, the male was identified as Lawrence Green, and a female occupant inside the vehicle was identified as Heaven Lamarre. During the investigation, officers learned that both individuals were wanted by the Westtown–East Goshen Regional Police Department for drug‑related charges.
Both Green and Lamarre were taken into custody without incident and transported to Lancaster County Prison, where they await extradition to Chester County to face the pending charges.
These incidents highlight the Lancaster Township Police Department’s ongoing commitment to locating and apprehending individuals with outstanding warrants. Officers remain proactive in identifying wanted persons during routine patrol operations, investigations, and calls for service. Individuals seeking to evade lawful arrest should be aware that Lancaster Township officers actively pursue enforcement efforts and will continue working with local, county, and regional law‑enforcement partners to locate and take wanted fugitives into custody.
All charges are allegations, and the defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
