Burglary at Local Restaurant - Community Assistance Needed

The Derry Township Police Department is seeking the public's help in investigating a commercial burglary that occurred at the Hershey Spice Restaurant & Bar, located at 1144 East Chocolate Avenue, on Saturday, April 26, 2025. The incident took place between 2:10am and 2:30am. The suspects, who wore dark clothing, gloves, and facemasks, used a crowbar to gain entry into the restaurant. They then made their way into the restaurant, where they forced their way into the main office room. After rummaging through a few desk drawers, they removed a safe containing a large amount of cash and fled the scene on foot. If you live in the area or were in the vicinity of the 1000 block to 1500 block of East Caracas Avenue, East Chocolate Avenue, or were in the surrounding area between 1:30am and 3:00am, you may have information that can aid in the investigation. Perhaps you saw or heard something suspicious, or you may have video footage that can help identify the suspects.
