The Derry Township Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in an active investigation involving a pedestrian struck by a vehicle on May 2, 2026, at approximately 3:00 p.m.

The incident occurred in the area of Fishburn Rd. and Hartley Rd. A white male in his 30's with a beard was struck by a vehicle while crossing Fishburn Rd. Despite being hit, the pedestrian got up and continued walking towards the Glen Acres development. The striking vehicle then fled the scene.

Although the driver of the striking vehicle has been identified, we are still seeking to identify the pedestrian who was struck. If you have any information or witnessed this incident, we urge you to come forward and contact the Derry Township Police Department.
