PennDOT will be closing Wood Road from October 21^st thru October 30^th to replace and update four corrugated metal cross pipes and replacing them with corrugated plastic pipes. They will have temporary daily road closures and a detour setup. They will close the road everyday starting at 6am and reopen the road at 6pm. The detour route will be as follows:

Detour setup starting October 21^st thru 30^th, 2019

• Intersection of Waltonville Road and Wood Road – Traffic will be detoured onto Waltonville Road a left onto Service Road a left onto Middletown Road back to Wood Road.
• Intersection of Middletown Road and Wood Road – Traffic will be detoured onto Middletown Road a right onto Service Road a right onto Waltonville Road back to Wood Road.

Motorists are encouraged to plan extra time to their travels during the closures to navigate the detour route.
