On January 2nd, 2026, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Investigators with the Derry Township Police Department, in partnership with the Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office, arrested Marshall SPATZ, 68, of Pine Grove, PA, for multiple charges related to child sex crimes. SPATZ had been in communication for several days with an undercover ICAC Investigator who was posing as a 15-year-old juvenile female. SPATZ agreed to pay $150 to meet with who he believed was a juvenile female for sex acts in Derry Township. SPATZ was arrested with the assistance of the United States Marshals Service after showing up to the location that he believed the minor would be and had at least $150 in cash. SPATZ was brought to the Dauphin County Booking Center to be arraigned.
