Derry Township Police Detectives who are also part of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC Task Force) have charged and arrested 47 year old John P. Kramer, Harrisburg, PA.

Detectives began an investigation into Kramer in July of 2026 regarding the sharing of Child Sexual Abuse Materials (CSAM) over the internet by an identified IP address. Through this investigation it was learned that Kramer had disseminated CSAM of minors who were between 1 years old and 13 years of age.  During the investigation and arrest, Kramer admitted to viewing these videos of minors involved in sexual acts with adults on his cell phone.

Kramer was arrested on July 30, 2026, by DTPD/ICAC Task Force Detectives on the listed charges which were filed in consultation with the Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office.
