Janee Sherell Ashely Brown, 29, of Philadelphia, was taken into custody on October 20, 2019 on an arrest warrant in connection with an incident that happened at 355 West Chocolate Avenue, Hershey, PA on June 29, 2019.  The female victim, who knows Brown, reported Brown physically assault her, punching her in the head at least two times, knocking her to the floor.  Brown then got on top of the victim and demanded $50 in cash from the victim while choking her.  Brown would not stop her physical assault until the victim promised to hand over $50.  Once the victim handed over the cash, Brown left the scene.  The victim suffered a wide cut/gash above one ear that was bleeding, a contusion to her head, and pain on right side and back from the fall to the floor.
