Once again, the Community Aid Donation Bins are overflowing. If they are full do not put stuff around the bin. Find another bin. This is not a trash dumpster either. Most of the things sitting around the bin, Community Aid will not accept. The fine for scattering rubbish is $300. From this point forward Newville PD will be enforcing this violation.
