On 12-03-2019 at approximately 1830, Newville Police conducted a traffic stop on a red pickup for an expired registration. The operator was identified as Andrew Koch of Landisburg. The Officer observed a distinct odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle. The operator was detained and a vehicle search was conducted. As a result of the search, multiple items of drug paraphernalia were seized. Koch was taken into custody and transported to Cumberland County Prison for processing.
