**Update** As of October 31st, this juvenile is still missing. A family member heard from him over the telephone who confirmed he was okay, however, his whereabouts are still unknown. Anyone caught harboring this juvenile and interfering with the custody of the minor will face charges.

The Carlisle Borough Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing juvenile, John Achenbach Jr. The juvenile was last seen on October 23, 2025 at approximately 12:00 PM, after running away from a hearing at 16 W High St, Carlisle, PA 17013.

At the time of his disappearance, the juvenile was wearing a black hoodie, grey sweatpants, and New Balance sneakers. He has been listed as missing, and we urge anyone with information to come forward.
