On June 12th, 2024 at 1544 hours, Rakeeb Ja'qai WATSON was reported missing by his grandmother. He is described as a 17 year old black male, light skinned with dark brown eyes; approximately 5ft8in – 5ft10in at 140lbs with short dreadlocks above ears. He was last seen wearing a black shirt with black joggers, black hoop earrings with crosses on them. He was last seen by his grandmother, on June 5^th, 2024 at approximately 1600 hours on the 1000 BLK of N West St. Carlisle, PA 17013.
