On September 3rd, 2026, Carlisle Police were dispatched to the first block of W North St. for a domestic assault. Officers determined that the victim was strangled by Strato Della-Ragione. Ragione was taken into custody a short time later, and charged for strangulation, simple assault domestic violence, and harassment.
