UPDATE:   At 1400 hours on Friday, September 6, 2019, Edward Reynolds Jr. was located by Arlington (VA) Police in their jurisdiction.

The Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department is currently looking for Edward Reynolds Jr. who is missing from the 100 block of Forelock Court, Thornbury Township, Chester County since 1250 hours on Thursday, September 5, 2019. Mr. Reynolds suffers from memory loss and disorientation. Mr. Reynolds is operating a tan in color 2005 Honda Element with PA registration GCP-4944. Mr. Reynolds has (3) dogs with him in his vehicle. Mr. Reynolds was last seen at 0700 hours on Friday, September 6, 2019 at a Shell gas station in Frederick, Maryland.
