The Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department remembers former Westtown Township and Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department Officer Dave MacIntyre who passed away on May 6, 2023 at the age of 73.  Dave served as a part-time police officer with the Westtown Township Police Department in the late 70's into the early 80's and was one of the first part-time police officers of the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department when we were formed in 1981.  Dave's father, Charles MacIntyre, was a former Chief of Police of the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department and his son Bryan currently serves as a Lieutenant with Phoenixville Police Department here in Chester County.  We send our deepest condolences to the entire MacIntyre family.  Below is a link to the obituary for Dave.
