In order to comply with best practice recommendations for social distancing during the Covid-19 pandemic, effective immediately, the administrative office of the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department will be closed to the general public until March 30, 2019.  For general inquiries and administrative related requests, such as obtaining copies of police reports or right to know requests, we encourage the public to contact us through our Crimewatch page at https://crimewatch.net/us/pa/chester/westtown-east-goshen-regional-pd or leave a message at 610-692-9600.  Our administrative staff will be monitoring these messages and directing them to the appropriate personnel.  Also, until further notice citizen fingerprinting and tours of police headquarters have been suspended.  As always, in the event of an emergency call 911.  For those who wish to speak to a police officer in regards to a non-emergency issue, we ask that you contact Chester County Police Radio at 610-692-5100. 

As we all work together as a community to get through this critical time please rest assure that the sworn members of the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department will continue to be on duty and proudly serving the residents of Westtown, East Goshen, and Thornbury Townships. If you have an emergency please know our officers will respond to assist.  With this being said, our officers will also be practicing social distancing whenever possible during non-emergency incidents.  Non-emergent incidents where an officer would normally meet a member of the public in person at their residence or place of business will be handled over the phone.
