The Westtown-East Goshen Police Department responded to a found dog at Shady Grove Way and Thrush Lane, Westtown Township at approximately 00:40 hours on 3 October 2021. The dog was transported to the Chester County SPCA. Anyone looking for their dog or has information regarding the owner should contact the police department and/or the SPCA.
