On Saturday, August 31, 2019, the Westtown East Goshen Regional Police Department received a tip submitted through CrimeWatch on the whereabouts of Christine Deluca. In 2013, DeLuca was charged with DUI and other traffic offenses, however she failed to appear and fled to Florida. With the assistance of the Southern Chester County Regional Police Department, Christine Deluca was taken into custody on the fugitive warrant and remanded to the Chester County Prison after failing to post bail.
