5/14/23 at 8:33 AM, Officers were dispatched for a suspicious condition involving a male subject sleeping near the business’ dumpsters in the 200 Block of Birch Street. (KS-23-005005). Contact was made with the subject who left without incident.

5/15/23 at 11:00 AM, Officers were dispatched for a juvenile issue in the 100 Block of W. State Street. (KS-23-005058). Officers were advised two juveniles continued to cause problems in the business, even though they’d been told previously not to return. Officers made contact with the juveniles and their parents to advise if they were to go on the property again, they would be cited for trespassing.

5/16/23 at 11:31 AM, Officers were dispatched for a parking complaint in the 100 Block of Magnolia Street for a white vehicle parked in front of the fire hydrant. (KS-23-005077). Upon arrival, Officers observed two vehicles blocking the fire hydrant. Subsequently, two parking tickets were issued.

5/17/23 at 1:25 PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of an assault in the 600 Block of S. Union Street. (KS-23-005115). Non-Traffic Citations were issued for the two subjects involved.

5/17/23 at 5:30 PM, Officers were dispatched about an incident that occurred earlier in the week at a business in the 100 Block of W. State Street. (KS-23-005120). The owner of the business advised of a male who had come in to shop and made the employees feel very uncomfortable. The business owner was advised to contact the Police if the male returned.

5/17/23 at 11:45 PM, Officers were dispatched about a missing vehicle and a missing person. (KS-23-005127). Contact was made with the Reporting Party and Officers were advised their vehicle was taken to a local store by a neighbor and neither have returned. Upon running the owner’s information, it was discovered he has an active Felony Warrant out of the West Goshen Police Department. Subsequently, he was transported to Chester County Prison.

5/17/23, Officers received a CY47 report regarding the possible physical abuse of a female juvenile. (KS-23-005179). Pending further investigation.

5/18/23 at 10:39 PM, Officers were dispatched to a business in the 100 Block W. State Street for an individual who was denied service and did not understand why. (KS-23-005169). Officers were advised the individual was banned two years ago for saying inappropriate things to other guests and inappropriately touching other customers at the business.

5/18/23 at 4:43 PM, Officers were dispatched for a parking complaint in the 100 Block of W. State Street. (KS-23-005159). Four parking tickets were issued for vehicles parked on private property.

5/18/23 at 9:20 PM, Officers were dispatched to the Parking Garage on E. Linden Street for a parking complaint of issues with the gate working and people yelling at each other. (KS-23-005167). Upon arrival, the gate was observed to be working properly and there was no yelling in the area.

5/19/23 at 9:12 PM, Officers were requested to assist Southern Chester County Regional Police Department with a domestic incident in the 300 Block of Harvest Lane. (KS-23-005224). Upon arrival, Officers assisted with maintaining general scene security as they took a female subject into custody and then cleared without incident.

5/20/23 at 7:30 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 700 Block of Meredith Street for a noise complaint of a dog barking for the last several hours. Upon arrival in the area, no dogs were heard or observed in the area.

5/20/23 at 3:55 PM, Officers were dispatched for a suspicious condition involving an irate customer, at a business in the 100 Block of W. State Street. (KS-23-005221). Due to multiple contacts, this week alone, with the subject causing the disruption they were advised if they came back into the store they would be cited for trespassing.

5/20/23 at 6:03 PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a fight in the 500 Block of S. Union Street. (KS-23-005225). While en route the reporting party advised all involved participants had left the scene. Upon arrival, the area was checked with negative results of the described involved subjects.

5/18/23 at 6:09 PM, Officers were dispatched for a Reportable Accident at the intersection of W. Mulberry Street and S. Union Street. (KS-23-005161).

5/20/23 at 8:23 AM, Officers were dispatched for a Non-Reportable Accident on Ridge Avenue. (KS-23-005205).
