The Kennett Square Police Department is seeking the public's help in identifying the pictured male individual, who is suspected of stealing and damaging an Israeli flag.

On April 25, 2026, at 4:50 PM, while on patrol in the business district, Officers were flagged down and advised that a male subject (pictured) had run up to the reporting person, taken his Israeli flag, and run south on S. Union Street with it before breaking the post and throwing the flag in the garbage. 

We are asking anyone with information about the suspect's identity or who may have witnessed this incident to contact Officer Ortiz at jortiz@kennettsquarepolice.org or you can submit a tip below. 

Any assistance the public can provide in identifying the suspect will be greatly appreciated and will help us to bring this matter to a resolution.
