The Kennett Square Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in identifying a male subject involved in the theft of a crosswalk sign.

On February 28, 2026, at approximately 4:34 PM, the suspect was observed carrying a crosswalk sign from the intersection of S. Union Street and Mulberry Street. The sign was taken without permission, and the suspect fled the area on foot.

The suspect is described as a 25-30-year-old, white male. He was last seen wearing jeans and a black hoodie. (picture attached)
