The 2025 residential parking permits have expired on January 31, 2026. If you have a YELLOW hang tag in your vehicle, it is no longer valid and needs to be updated for 2026. Please stop by the police department Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM until 4:30 PM to renew your residential parking permit and update your guest permits.
Residential parking permit areas are enforced Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM. Each residence may receive two (2) parking permits and two (2) guest permits, free of charge. There is a $20 fee for each additional residential parking permit issued after the second, and a $5 fee for each additional guest permit issued after the second.
The following streets require residential parking permits per Borough Ordinance 11-50.3.
- Center Street from Cypress Street south to Mulberry Street;
- Meredith Street from State Street to Cypress Street;
- Meredith Street from Magnolia Street to Mulberry Street;
- North Lincoln Street, west side beginning approximately ninety-five feet north of State Street and extending to a point approximately twenty-five feet south of West Linden Street;
- Scarlett Avenue, the entire length;
- Mason Avenue, the entire length;
- Oak Avenue, from South Union Street to Meredith Street;
- Ridge Avenue, from South Union Street to Meredith Street;
- 200 and 300 Blocks of East Linden Street to East Maple Street;
- North Broad Street, from Linden Street north to Sickle Street;
- Birch Street, south side, from the intersecting curb lines at South Walnut Street two hundred twenty feet to the west;
- Dalmatian Lane, east side, from a point one hundred five feet south of the intersecting curb line with E. Cypress Street to a point two hundred sixty-five feet south of the same intersecting curb line;
- Center Street, between Scarlett Avenue and Ridge Avenue;
- South Broad Street, between East Cedar Street and East South Street;
- West Linden Street, from Union Street west to Maiden Lane;
- East Maple Street, north side from Elm Alley to North Broad Street;
- Mulberry Street, from Lafayette Street to Washington Street.
