7/5/26, at 11:52 AM, Officers were dispatched for multiple vehicles that were stuck in the garage because they entered while the gate was raised and did not have a ticket to exit. (KS-26-006457). The exit gate was open until later in the day due to this issue.
7/5/26, at 12:38 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 Block of Chestnut Aly for keys locked inside of a vehicle. (KS-26-006460).
7/6/26, at 6:36 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 600 Block of W. Cypress Street for a noise complaint. (KS-26-006492). Upon arrival, no loud music was heard.
7/6/26, at 8:28 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 300 Block of Birch Street for vehicles parked on private property. (KS-26-006498). Two parking tickets were issued.
7/7/26, at 2:42 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 400 Block of Center Street for keys locked inside of a vehicle. (KS-26-006522).
7/8/26, at 5:29 PM, Officers were dispatched to the YMCA for a vehicle parked across three parking spaces. (KS-26-006560). The vehicle was issued a parking ticket.
7/8/26, at 5:56 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 600 Block of D. Street for keys locked inside of a vehicle. (KS-26-006562).
7/8/26, at 7:21 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 Block of S. Union Street for a report of loud music. (KS-26-006564). While enroute to the location, Officers could hear the music from a block away. Officers contacted the owner, who turned the music off without issue.
7/9/26, at 12:22 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of E. Cypress Street for a vehicle parked in a “resident only” parking space. (KS-26-006597). One parking ticket was issued for parked on private property.
7/9/26, at 9:52 PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of an assault between two male subjects. One subject was taken into custody and transported to Chester County Prison. (KS-26-006616).
7/10/26, at 9:35 AM, Officers assisted at the Union Hill Cemetery for a report of a robbery attempt with two knife-wielding suspects shot. (KS-26-006636). Four police agencies responded, and it was determined that the report was a swatting call. (*Swatting is a malicious tactic where someone makes a fake emergency call to deceive emergency services into dispatching heavily armed police to an unsuspecting victim’s location.)
7/10/26, at 1:16 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 Block of Birch Street for a theft report involving a former employee who used a company’s E-ZPass after being terminated and incurred approximately $4,900 in toll charges. (KS-26-006640). This incident is pending further investigation.
7/10/26, at 4:25 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of W. State Street for a child inside a locked vehicle with the keys. (KS-26-006644). Upon arrival, officers gained access to the vehicle without damage, and the child did not appear to be in distress.
7/10/26, at 7:25 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 700 Block of Terminal Way for vehicles parked on private property. (KS-26-006647). Fifteen parking tickets were issued.
7/11/26, at 8:20 PM, Officers were dispatched to the parking garage for people sitting on the edge of the structure. (KS-26-006689). The parking garage was checked, and no one was located sitting on any ledges.
7/11/26, at 10:14 PM and 10:40 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 400 Block of E. South Street for a noise complaint of loud music coming from a vehicle. (KS-26-006699).
7/6/26, at 8:45 AM, a vehicle accident occurred on S. Mill Road. (KS-26-006484).
7/8/26, at 9:43 AM, a vehicle accident occurred at the intersection of W. State Street and S. Union Street. (KS-26-006548).
7/10/26, at 9:18 AM, a vehicle accident occurred on N. Union Street. (KS-26-006630).
7/10/26, at 9:55 PM, a vehicle accident occurred on N. Broad Street. (KS-26-006652).
