7/12/26, at 4:46 PM, Officers received a harassment report on station of an ex-boyfriend harassing the reporting party and their new boyfriend. (KS-26-006720). Officers were requested to advise the defendant to cease all communication with the two reporting parties. 

7/13/26, at 8:51 AM, Officers were dispatched for an access device fraud report involving unauthorized transactions on an EBT card that had been occurring since May. (KS-26-006739). The reporting party was advised to request a new card through the welfare office.

7/13/26, at 9:17 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 300 Block of Marshall Street for a well-being check. (KS-26-006740). Contact was made with the individual, who appeared okay and showed no signs of wanting to cause self-harm.

7/13/26, at 12:00 PM, Officers were dispatched for a terroristic threats report involving two parties that were previously in a romantic relationship. (KS-26-006746). Upon investigation, charges were filed, and the subject was taken into custody on 7/14/26.

7/13/26, at 2:36 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 Block of N. Lincoln Street for a possible abandoned vehicle. (KS-26-0067550. Upon arrival, the vehicle did not appear abandoned.

7/14/26, at 10:00 AM, Officers were dispatched for a report regarding identity theft in which a fraudulent credit card was opened, and unauthorized charges were made. (KS-26-006792). 

7/14/26, at 1:13 PM, Officers were dispatched for an access device fraud report involving several fraudulent charges discovered on a credit card. (KS-26-006800). The financial institution refunded the money and canceled the card.

7/15/26, at 1:04 AM, Officers were requested to assist the New Castle County Police with conducting a welfare check in the 500 Block of Center Street. (KS-26-006824). 

7/15/26, at 9:00 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 600 Block of W. State Street for loud cars and shouting. (KS-26-006952). Upon arrival, contact was made with an employee in this area, and they were advised to lower their music. Due to having previous contact with this subject for the same type of incident, a Non-Traffic Citation for the Borough Ordinance was later filed.

7/15/26, at 11:49 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 Block of Center Street for keys locked inside of a vehicle. (KS-26-006838).

7/15/26, at 10:55 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 500 Block of Center Street for a well-being check on an individual who had left their residence two days prior. (KS-26-006856). Contact was made with the subject without issue.

7/16/26, at 8:32 AM, Officers were dispatched to a report of theft by deception involving investing money through Cashapp and purchasing Bitcoin. (KS-26-006874). This incident is pending further investigation.

7/16/26, at 10:09 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 400 Block of E. South Street for a possible abandoned vehicle. (KS-26-006872). Contact was made with the owner of the vehicle, who was advised that the vehicle cannot be parked on the grass due to Borough Ordinance 4-3.

7/17/26, at 6:06 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 Block of Birch Street for a parking complaint of a vehicle parked on private property. (KS-26-006927). One parking ticket was issued.

7/18/26, at 12:42 PM, Officers were dispatched to the area of W. Cypress Street and S. Union Street for an erratic driver complaint that originated in New Garden Township. (KS-26-006954). After making contact with the operator of the vehicle, a Non-Traffic Citation was issued for the small amount of marijuana seized from the vehicle.

7/18/26, at 3:38 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 700 Block of W. Cypress Street for keys locked inside of a vehicle. (KS-26-006960).

7/18/26, at 11:10 PM, while on patrol in the 300 Block of Marshall Street, Officers observed a white Dodge with no tags displayed and expired inspection and emissions stickers. (KS-26-006975). Subsequently, the vehicle was marked abandoned.
