5/31/26, at 10:51 AM, officers were dispatched to the area of Dalmatian Lane and E. Cypress Street regarding a camera mounted on a light pole along the walking trail. (KS-26-005224). The reporting party advised that they were unsure whether the camera was allowed to be there and wanted to make the police aware.  The device was identified as a pedestrian counter for the trail and not a camera.

5/31/26, at 11:25 AM, Officers were dispatched in response to a report of a white pickup truck performing a burnout on N. Broad Street before turning onto E. Linden Street. (KS-26-005226). Contact was attempted with the vehicle owner without success. The reporting party advised they were just making police aware of the situation.

5/31/26, at 10:49 PM, Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that had aftermarket window tint. (KS-26-005251). Subsequently, the operator of the vehicle was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI.

6/1/26, at 12:50 PM, a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle with excessive window tint, which prevented Officers from clearly seeing inside the vehicle. (KS-26-005280). Upon further investigation during the traffic stop, the operator of the vehicle was taken into custody for possession of drugs, and the passenger received a Non-Traffic Citation for Disorderly Conduct. 

6/2/26, at 9:28 AM, Officers were dispatched to the intersection of S. Walnut Street and E. Cypress Street for a possibly intoxicated subject. (KS-26-005308). Upon speaking with the subject described, no signs of impairment were observed. 

6/2/26, at 2:00 PM, Officers advised a resident in the 400 Block of Ridge Avenue of Borough Ordinance 11-22.1 in reference to their trailer parked on the road. (KS-26-005323). The trailer would need to be moved into their driveway to avoid a future citation.

6/2/26, at 7:08 PM, Officers initiated a traffic stop on a speeding vehicle with heavily tinted windows in the area of S. Walnut Street and E. State Street. (KS-26-005340). Upon further investigation, the operator was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI.

6/3/26, at 2:18 PM, Officers were dispatched regarding graffiti on the side of the pump house at Legacy Fields. (KS-26-005355). Because the building is Borough property, Public Works was notified so it can be remedied. 

6/4/26, at 7:08 AM, Officers were dispatched to vehicles parked on Harvey Circle that were blocking the road from being paved. (K-26-005393). The vehicle owner was contacted and moved the vehicle without issue.

6/5/26, at 8:58 AM, Officers were dispatched for a suspicious condition report. (KS-26-005431). The reporting party advised that, on two separate occasions, while walking to their vehicle inside the parking garage, they observed male subjects who appeared out of place and made them feel uneasy. None of the subjects had approached the reporting party or spoken to them.

6/5/26, at 12:47 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 500 Block of Center Street for a domestic involving a knife. (KS-26-005437). This incident is pending charges.

6/5/26, at 2:19 PM, Officers were dispatched to an accident in the 100 Block of W. Cypress Street. (KS-26-005439). Upon further investigation, the operator of the vehicle was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI.

6/5/26, at 11:51 PM, Officers were requested to assist the Kennett Township Police Department in the 300 Block of Elizabeth Drive with a disturbance. (KS-26-005449). 

6/6/26, at 11:35 PM, Officers were dispatched to the parking garage for a report of damage to the gate. (KS-26-005473). The gate arm was severely cracked and removed as a safety precaution until it could be fixed.

6/5/26, at 2:43 PM, a vehicle accident occurred at the intersection of W. Cypress Street and Center Street. (KS-26-005438).

6/5/26, at 2:19 PM, a vehicle accident occurred on W. Cypress Street. (KS-26-005439).

6/6/26, at 7:33 AM, a vehicle accident occurred on W. Cypress Street. (KS-26-005268).
