3/9/25, at 8:48 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 700 Block of Garfield Street for a vehicle partially blocking the reporting party’s driveway. (KS-25-002685). Upon arrival, three subjects were observed asleep inside the vehicle. Due to the level of intoxication of the subject, a Non-Traffic Citation was issued for public drunkenness.
3/9/25, at 10:22 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 300 Block of Juniper Street for a report of harassment by text to a minor. (KS-25-002701). While the report was being taken, the victim received a phone call from the person who had been harassing them. Officers advised if this continued, they would be charged with terroristic threats.
3/10/25, at 3:26 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of Sycamore Alley for a lock out. (KS-25-002733). Access to the vehicle was gained without damage.
3/11/25, at 10:15 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 Block of N. Mill Road for a loose dog (KS-25-002752). The owner admitted that the dog had gotten out and said it happens all the time, and the neighbors know their dog. Since this was the third incident involving this dog being loose, a Non-Traffic Citation was issued for Borough Ordinance 3-4.
3/11/25, at 1:11 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of S. Broad Street for a potential suspicious person report. The reporting party said he was concerned about the individual's potential well-being and did not want them hurt (KS-25-002760). Officers patrolled the area but did not observe the person described.
3/11/25, at 5:51 PM, Officers observed a group of juveniles at the top of the parking garage, who appeared to be smoking something. (KS-25-002771). Two vapes were confiscated from the juveniles and tested for THC, rendering negative results. The Officers disposed of the nicotine vapes.
3/12/25, at 1:15 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 700 Block of S. Garfield Street for an emotional order related to a subject who intentionally took too many prescription medications. (KS-25-002787). The patient was transported to the hospital by EMS.
3/13/25, at 12:27 AM, Officers assisted the Southern Chester County Regional Police Department in the 100 Block of Santilli Road with a domestic report involving a firearm (KS-25-002803).
3/13/25, at 10:38 AM, Officers received a theft report regarding a scam (KS-25-002813). The victim advised that an individual representing themselves from Clearing House said they had won $7 million and would need to give their bank account information to receive payment. The financial institute advised the victim that he was being scammed.
3/13/25, at 8:49 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of E. Maple Street for a verbal disturbance between the reporting party and a customer. (KS-25-002830). Subsequently, Officers advised the customer they needed to leave the store and that they are not welcome back in the future.
3/14/25, at 2:54 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 300 Block of Walnut Court Way for an indecent exposure report. (KS-25-002863). After further investigation, a criminal complaint was completed.
3/15/25, at 3:02 PM, Officers were dispatched to E. State Street and N. Union Street for a well-being check of a male subject in his sixties. (KS-25-002882). The reporting party advised he was in the same spot for approximately an hour, often just looking at the ground. Contact was made with the male who advised he did not need assistance.
3/15/25, at 5:26 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 500 Block of S. Union Street for a report of panhandling. (KS-25-002888). A male and female subject approached customers in a store, telling them they had just arrived from Mexico and needed money. The unidentified male and female left the area after the police arrived.
3/15/25, at 8:04 PM, Officers were dispatched for a traffic complaint of a vehicle traveling the wrong way on E. Linden Street. (KS-25-002893). The reporting party advised that, at approximately 6:15 PM, a vehicle was traveling in the wrong direction toward them on E. Linden Street. Officers patrolled the area, but the vehicle was not located.
3/12/25, at 2:28 PM, a non-reportable accident occurred on W. State Street. (KS-25-002786).
3/14/25, at 7:05 AM, a reportable accident occurred on E. Cypress Street at its intersection with S. Broad Street. (KS-25-002849).
3/15/25, at 11:44 AM, a non-reportable accident occurred on E. State Street. (KS-25-002880).
3/15/25, at 12:08 PM, a non-reportable accident occurred on W. State Street. (KS-25-002881).
