2/8/26, at 2:37 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 700 Block of Lafayette Street for a hit-and-run vehicle accident. (KS-26-001347).

2/9/26, at 10:15 AM, Officers were dispatched for a report regarding an individual receiving counterfeit money in exchange for a PlayStation 5 they sold via Facebook Marketplace.  (KS-26-001379). This incident is pending further investigation. 

2/9/26, at 4:42 PM, Officers were dispatched to the area of S. Union Street and E. Mulberry Street for a well-being check on a man without a jacket. (KS-26-001399). Contact was made with the individual who had a jacket; he advised that he was walking home.

2/10/26, a CY 47 ChildLine was received regarding the alleged abuse of a juvenile male. (KS-26-001433). This incident is under investigation.

2/10/26, at 11:31 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 500 Block of Center Street for a fight. (KS-26-001454). Upon further investigation, one subject was taken into custody and transported to Chester County Prison.

2/11/26, at 1:45, while conducting business checks in the 100 Block of West Cypress Street, a door was found unsecured. (KS-26-001457). The lock appeared to be faulty, but no suspicious activity was observed.

2/11/26, at 9:28 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 Block of Ridge Avenue for a suspicious person who approached the reporting party's property and then walked away. (KS-26-001480). Contact was made with the described subject, who advised that he was just out for a walk and was now heading home. 

2/12/26, at 10:47 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 600 Block of E. Cope Road for a fraud report. (KS-26-001501). Attempts to contact the reporting person were made multiple times, with no success.

2/12/26, at 3:36 PM, Officers were dispatched to the Kennett Library for a disturbance involving a destructive juvenile. (KS-26-001509). The juvenile knocked books from the shelf, but no other damage was observed.

2/12/26, at 8:58 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of S. Walnut Street for a harassment report. (KS-26-001519). After reviewing the text exchange, it was determined that no criminal violations occurred.

2/12/26, at 10:32 PM, Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 500 Block of S. Union Street on a vehicle with expired registration. (KS-26-001520). Upon contacting the vehicle's operator, a strong odor of alcoholic beverage emanated from inside the vehicle. Subsequently, he was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI. 

2/13/26, at 7:40 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of E. South Street for threatening statements being made towards a female juvenile. (KS-26-001532). A Non-Traffic Citation for Harassment was issued.

2/13/26, at 11:28 AM, while conducting traffic enforcement, Officers conducted a traffic stop on a white Toyota driving without a functioning brake light and an expired inspection. (KS-26-001539). Drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana were confiscated, and a Non-Traffic Citation for Disorderly Conduct was issued.

2/13/26, at 7:43 PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of an alarm at the Kennett Library. (KS-26-001550). Upon arrival, contact was made with an employee who advised that he was unaware of any issues.

2/14/26, at 9:33 AM, Officers were dispatched to a parking lot in the 100 Block of State Street for a vehicle parked too close to another. (KS-26-001568). A parking ticket was issued for parking outside of the clearly marked lined spaces.

2/14/26, at 9:35 PM, Officers were dispatched for a suspicious condition involving an allegedly intoxicated male attempting to exit the parking garage. (KS-26-001588). Upon contact, no signs of intoxication were observed, and the male was assisted in operating the exit kiosk.

2/13/26, at 10:44 AM, a vehicle accident occurred on S. Union Street. (KS-26-001536).

2/13/26, at 8:05 PM, a vehicle accident occurred on S. Mill Road. (KS-26-001551).

2/14/26, at 10:58 AM, a vehicle accident occurred on S. Broad Street. (KS-26-001569).
