2/1/26, at 9:56 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 Block of S. Willow Street for water running in the road. (KS-26-001101). The Public Works department was notified and advised that they would be responding to the location.
2/1/26, at 2:27 PM, Officers were dispatched to the car wash in the 500 Block of S. Union Street for a vehicle stuck in the wash bay. (KS-26-001105). The door was lifted, and no damage was apparent.
2/2/26 at 10:00 AM, Officers were dispatched for a report of alleged sexual abuse of a juvenile. (KS-26-001140). This incident is pending further investigation.
2/2/26, at 12:49 PM, Officers were dispatched to the intersection of Broad Street and State Street for an odor investigation of natural gas. (KS-26-001142). Officers assisted the Fire Department with shutting down the intersection.
2/2/26, at 10:06 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of S. Willow Street for a noise complaint of loud talking and music. (KS-26-0011575). Upon arrival, contact was made with a resident who was asked to keep the noise down.
2/3/26, at 7:45 AM, Officers were dispatched to a report of threatening messages posted on social media platforms. (KS-26-001178). Both subjects were informed of the seriousness of making threats and advised of the possible legal ramifications that could result from these actions.
2/3/26, at 8:42 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 400 Block of W. Mulberry Street for damage discovered to a vehicle. (KS-26-001165).
2/3/26, at 1:30 PM, Officers were dispatched to a complaint of snow-covered sidewalks in the 100 Block of N. Union Street and the 100 Block of E. State Street. (KS-26-001187). The owners of the properties were cited for Borough Ordinance 17-4.
2/3/26, at 4:20 PM, Officers were dispatched to the police station for a scam report. (KS-26-001185). The reporting party advised that they received a phone call from a private number stating they owed $15,000 in bail bond to avoid arrest. The reporting party advised that they never gave any money away or converted it into Bitcoin as asked.
2/3/26, at 7:08 PM, a broken-down vehicle was observed in the area of S. Mill Road and W. Cypress Street, blocking the roadway. (KS-26-001190). Officers assisted in pushing the vehicle to a nearby parking lot.
2/4/26, at 12:13 AM, an abandoned vehicle sticker was placed on two vehicles with expired registration, emissions, and inspection in the 500 Block of Las Rosas Drive. (KS-26-001198 & KS-26-001199).
2/4/26, at 11:15 AM, Officers were dispatched for a report regarding concerning videos posted on a YouTube account depicting a juvenile holding a possible firearm. (KS-26-001213). Through further investigation, the firearm was determined to be an “Orbi Gun”.
2/5/26, at 9:40 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 400 Block of W. Sickle Street for a deer that could not get out of the fenced-in portion of the caller's yard. (KS-26-001245). As Officers walked towards the yard, the deer jumped over the fence without issue.
2/5/26, at 5:30 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of Race Street for residence placing chairs in the street to save parking spots. (KS-26-001267). Upon arrival, two chairs were observed in an empty parking space. The chairs were removed and placed on the sidewalk.
2/5/26, at 8:34 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 700 Block of Garfield Street for a parking complaint. (KS-26-001276). Upon arrival, the described vehicles were observed and found to be legally parked.
2/6/26, at 10:07 AM, while conducting a traffic detail in the 500 Block of E. State Street, Officers observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed westbound on E. State Street. (KS-26-001298). A traffic stop was conducted, and the vehicle's operator was found to have an active warrant issued by the Southern Chester County Regional Police Department. He was taken into custody and turned over to their agency.
2/6/26, at 4:38 PM, Officers were dispatched to a report of loaned money that was never repaid in full. (KS-26-001308). The reporting person was advised that this is a civil matter and was directed to small claims court to pursue the remaining debt.
2/6/26, at 6:59 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 500 Block of Center Street regarding threatening messages sent via communication devices. (KS-26-001310). This incident is pending further investigation.
2/6/26, at 9:16 PM, Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with an expired registration in the 100 Block of Magnolia Street. (KS-26-001316). Upon contacting the operator of the vehicle, Officers detected a strong odor of burnt marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. Subsequently, the operator was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance. This incident is pending the result of a chemical blood test.
2/7/26, at 7:58 PM, while conducting a patrol of Anson B. Nixon Park, Officers located a vehicle with two occupants inside. (KS-26-001336). Both subjects were checked for warrants with negative results. They were advised they would need to leave the area because the park was closed.
2/3/26, at 8:52 AM, a vehicle accident occurred on W. Mulberry Street. (KS-26-001165).
