1/4/26, at 12:45 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 700 Block of Mason Avenue for a report of a male intoxicated on alcohol and vomiting. (KS-26-000107). The subject was transported to the hospital by EMS personnel.

1/4/26, at 7:00 AM, Officers located a Freedom Flex Mastercard on the ground in the parking garage. (KS-26-000138). No reports of a lost credit card have been received to date.

1/4/26, at 2:22 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 500 Block of Center Street for a possible suspicious person. (KS-26-000136). The reporting party advised that a male subject approached them regarding a vehicle they had for sale, but found the subject very pushy and persistent, making them uncomfortable. Officers advised to call back if the subject returns.

1/5/26, at 7:20 PM, the Southern Chester County Regional Police Department requested assistance searching for a suicidal juvenile in New Garden Township. (KS-26-000189). While helping search specific locations, Officers were advised that the juvenile had returned to their residence.

1/5/26, at 8:12 PM, while traveling in the 300 Block of E. South Street behind a white Ford SUV, Officers detected a strong odor of burnt marijuana. (KS-26-000180). Subsequently, a traffic stop was conducted, and a Non-Traffic Citation for Disorderly Conduct was issued to the vehicle's operator. No signs of impairment were observed during the traffic stop.

1/6/26, at 12:25 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of W. Cypress Street regarding a vehicle with expired registration, emissions, and inspections. (KS-26-000198). The vehicle was marked abandoned and will need to be removed from the street.

1/6/26, at 2:57 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 300 Block of Broad Street for an animal complaint regarding an aggressive dog. (KS-26-000206). 1/7/26 at 12:08 PM, Officers received a second animal complaint regarding the same aggressive dog; the SPCA was contacted. 

1/7/26, at 2:22 PM, Officers assisted someone who was having trouble scanning their paid parking slip at the parking garage exit. (KS-26-000237). Once the QR code was scanned, they were able to exit without issue.

1/7/26, at 10:21 PM, Officers were dispatched to the wooded area behind the Juniper apartments for a campfire. (KS-26-000250). Contact was made with the four subjects around the fire, and they were advised of the Borough Ordinance regarding open burning.

1/8/26, at 1:25 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of E. South Street for a stolen makeup bag. (KS-26-000312). Due to the limited camera coverage, lack of witnesses, and no additional evidence or leads, the investigation has been exhausted.

1/9/26, at 9:19 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 400 Block of E. South Street for a dispute among housemates. (KS-26-000305). All subjects involved were advised that this incident was not criminal and that they would have to learn to cohabit.

1/9/26, at 4:34 PM, Officers were dispatched to Magnolia Court for an open community mailbox. (KS-26-000321). All mail appeared to be inside, and there were still packages present, so it did not appear to be tampered with; it was simply left open accidentally.

1/9/26, at 11:23 PM, while patrolling E. Cypress Street, Officers observed a silver SUV travelling westbound in the 600 Block of E. Cypress Street. (KS-26-000328). After further investigation, the operator was issued a warning for driving the wrong way down a one-way street.

1/10/26, at 10:27 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 400 Block of S. Broad Street regarding a trespasser. (KS-26-000337). Upon further investigation, it was determined that no crime had occurred.

1/10/26, at 8:27 PM, Officers were requested to assist the East Fallowfield Police Department with Spanish translation for a motor vehicle crash investigation. (KS-26-000357). Officers assisted as needed.

1/10/26, at 11:50 PM, Officers conducted a traffic stop on a black Volkswagen traveling the wrong way on W. Cypress Street. (KS-26-000355). The operator was issued traffic citations for driving without a license and driving the wrong way on a one-way roadway.
