10/26/25, at 1:59 AM, while conducting business checks in the 200 Block of N. Union Street, Officers located an unsecured door to a business. (KS-25-012234). The building was cleared, and nothing suspicious was observed.
10/26/25, at 1:22 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 400 Block of S. Broad Street for a suspicious condition. (KS-25-012249).
10/27/25, at 12:55 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 400 Block of Meredith Street for a possible abandoned vehicle. (KS-25-012276). Upon further investigation, the vehicle was legally parked and had valid registration and emissions.
10/27/25, at 3:24 PM, Officers were dispatched for a malfunctioning traffic light at W. Cypress Street and S. Mill Road. (KS-25-012279). Officers manually directed traffic to clear the area until the lights could be repaired.
10/27/25, at 9:28 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 Block of N. Union Street for a report of harassment via social media. (KS-25-012292). The reporting parties advised they did not want to press charges and only wanted the matter documented.
10/27/25, at 10:28 PM, Officers were requested by the Ocean City Police Department to assist with an active arrest warrant in the 300 Block of Birch Street. (KS-25-012293). The wanted subject was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Chester County Prison on his parole violation.
10/27/25, at 11:24 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 300 Block of Marshall Street for a noise complaint. (KS-25-012294). Contact was made with the property owner, who advised that they would move the gathering inside.
10/28/25, at 3:32 PM, Officers were dispatched to the car wash located in the 500 Block of S. Union Street for loud music. (KS-25-012315). Upon arrival, contact was made with an individual cleaning their car, and they were asked to lower their music due to the complaint.
10/28/25, at 9:58 PM, Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding in the 600 block of W. Cypress Street. (KS-25-012322). Upon further investigation, it was determined that the registration did not match the vehicle. Subsequently, the vehicle was towed from the stop location.
10/29/25, at 8:35 PM, Officers observed a white Nissan parked next to a fire hydrant in the 300 Block of E. Linden Street with two subjects in the back seat. (KS-25-012355). A parking ticket was issued for the parking violation, and the subjects were advised to have someone with a valid driver's license move the vehicle to a legal parking space.
10/30/25, at 313 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 Block of S. Willow Street for a parking complaint about a vehicle that had not moved in approximately a month. (KS-25-01234). The vehicle’s registration was valid, and it was legally parked on the public street. No further action was taken at this time.
10/30/25, at 4:24 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 300 Block of W. Linden Street for a possible intruder in the reporting person’s basement. (KS-25-012386). The home was checked, with no one found inside. Officers advised that the noise sounded like it was coming from the adjoining house.
10/30/25, at 6:25 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of W. State Street for a male and female yelling inside a residence. (KS-25-012390). Contact was made with the parties involved, who advised that the incident was verbal, never physical, and no threats were made. No signs of physical abuse or any suspicious conditions were observed while on location.
10/31/25, at 6:01 AM, Officers were dispatched to E. Linden Street and Elm Street regarding an ongoing problem of loud cars in the area. (KS-25-012410). Officers checked the area and did not see or hear any loud vehicles except for the street sweeper completing its regular route.
10/31/25, at 1:27 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 Block for damage discovered to a vehicle. (KS-25-012419). Upon further investigation, the victim advised Officers that they were not interested in pressing charges on the subject that caused the damage.
10/31/25, at 2:04 PM, Officers were dispatched for a suspicious condition of a male subject sitting in a vehicle outside the reporting party’s residence for approximately an hour. (KS-25-012423). Contact was made with the subject, who was advised that they were not doing anything illegal; however, it appears suspicious for them to be parked in front of a residence that was not theirs for an extended period. He left the area without incident.
10/31/25, at 2:47 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 Block of E. State Street for a disabled vehicle with low gasoline. (KS-25-012430). While waiting for one Officer to bring a can of gasoline to the scene, the other Officers assisted in pushing the car out of the roadway. Once gasoline was added, the operator started the vehicle and left without issue.
10/31/25, at 2:55 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of E. South Street for an odor of marijuana. (KS-25-012428). Subsequently, one Non-Traffic Citation for Disorderly Conduct was issued for a female juvenile.
10/31/25, at 5:42 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 600 Block of W. State Street for a female subject who was allegedly observed looking into vehicle windows and attempting to open car doors in the area. (KS-25-012437). After checking the parking lot, stairways, and surrounding exterior areas, no female matching the description given was located.
10/31/25, at 6:43 PM, while patrolling the Borough, Officers observed a male subject leaning toward a vehicle with his back towards the street in the 500 Block of D Street (KS-25-012439). Upon contact, Officers observed multiple signs of impairment and an open alcoholic beverage container. Subsequently, two Non-Traffic Citations were issued.
11/1/25, at 1:20 AM, while on patrol in the 100 Block of E. Linden Street, Officers observed three individuals running in costume, one of whom had an open container. (KS-25-012449). Upon making contact, none of the subjects were under the influence to the extent of public intoxication. One Non-Traffic Citation was issued for Borough Ordinance 12-1.1.
11/1/25, at 3:03 AM, while conducting business checks, Officers located an open back door in the 600 Block of S. Union Street. (KS-25-012450). The business was checked with no suspicious activity or signs of criminal activity observed.
11/1/25, at 9:56 PM, Officers were dispatched to N. Broad Street and E. Linden Street for a juvenile complaint of male subjects running in and around vehicles and onto people’s property. (KS-25-012478). While speaking with the juveniles, nothing suspicious was observed.
10/27/25, at 5:52 PM, a vehicle accident occurred on W. Cypress Street. (KS-25-012283).
10/31/25, at 9:45 AM, a vehicle accident occurred on S. Walnut Street. (KS-25-012413).
