Marcos Sauce-Gordillo, age 30 of Wilmington, DE, was arrested and charged with DUI, possession of marijuana, and related traffic offenses, after the 2005 Scion was stopped for traveling the wrong way on a one-way road. The incident occurred on February 21, 2026, at approximately 12:17 AM, in the 100 Block of E. State Street, Kennett Square Borough. Upon making contact with Sauce-Gordillo, Officers observed indicators suggesting intoxication, and field sobriety tests showed impairment. He was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI and submitted to a chemical test of his breath, resulting in a 0.120% BAC. Prior to the vehicle being towed from the location of the traffic stop, Officers conducted an inventory of the vehicle and located THC vape pens and an open container with marijuana inside. Sauce-Gordillo was processed for these charges and later released to a family member pending a summons. Charges were filed in District Court 15-3-04.
