On January 29, 2026, the Kennett Square Police Department received a Safe2Say report that a video depicting a juvenile sex act was posted on another identified juvenile's Instagram story. An investigation confirmed that this occurred, and the phone belonging to the offender was seized. After a search warrant was executed, investigators located video and proof that it had been shared to Instagram along with disparaging remarks about the juvenile's sexual behavior. 

A juvenile allegation against the offending juvenile was forwarded to the Chester County Juvenile Probation Office for the incident.
