Ernesto Chun-Reynoso, age 19, of West Grove, PA was arrested and charged with DUI and related offenses after the Nissan Xterra he was operating was involved in an auto accident.  Once Officers made contact with Chun-Reynoso, indicators were observed suggesting intoxication and field sobriety tests showed impairment. The incident occurred on December 20, 2019 at approximately 7:44PM at the intersection of North Union St. and Fairthorne St., Kennett Square Borough. Ernesto Chun- Reynoso was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI and submitted to a chemical test of his breath, resulting in a B.A.C. of .201%. He was processed and later released pending issuance of a summons. Charges filed at District Court 15-3-04 and the case is pending a preliminary hearing.
