Congratulations to Officer Andrew Brown and Officer Michael Ferry, who were promoted to the rank of Sergeant at last night’s regularly scheduled Board of Supervisors meeting.
Sergeant Brown has served with the department for 15 years and currently holds the roles of Officer in Charge (OIC) and Field Training Officer (FTO). He consistently leads by example while mentoring and developing others. Sergeant Brown is a tremendous asset to the Upper Southampton Police Department and to the law enforcement profession.
Sergeant Ferry has been with the department for 10 years and also serves as an Officer in Charge (OIC) and Field Training Officer (FTO). In addition, he is a firearms and Taser instructor and an Assistant Team Leader on the department’s regional SWAT team. Sergeant Ferry leads by example and is a valued asset to the Upper Southampton Police Department and the law enforcement profession.
