The subject depicted in the below video has been identified and the investigation continues.  Thank you to everyone who contacted the Police Department or submitted a tip. 

On Thursday, November 2, 2023 just after 10:00 PM, the shown individual was observed on a surveillance camera looking into the window of a residence on Cushmore Road.  If anyone recognizes the pictured individual, please contact Upper Southampton Police at 215-364-5000.
