At approximately 2:30 am police conducted a traffic stop on a Chevy pick-up truck operator for committing a vehicle code violation in the area of the Newtown Bypass and Newtown Langhorne Road. As a result of the investigation, suspected narcotics and drug equipment were discovered and seized as evidence, and the operator was arrested in connection.

At approximately 9:00 pm police were dispatched to a Newtown Township residence for the report of a burglary. As a result of the investigation, the stolen property was recovered, and the juvenile offender was referred to the Youth Aid Panel.

March 29, 2026

At approximately 5:30 pm police conducted a traffic stop on a Honda Odyssey operator for committing a vehicle code violation in the area of the Newtown Bypass and Richboro Road. As a result of the investigation, the vehicle was impounded, and a search warrant is pending.
