900 block of Vansant Dr. at Wegmans reported at 1:56PM. Police responded to the report of a retail theft in progress. Loss Prevention reported an unknown male removed $68.28 worth of hot chicken wings without paying. When police approached the male, he fled on foot and a foot pursuit ensued. The 28 year old male from Trenton, NJ was apprehended and taken into police custody. He was charged with Retail Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, Resisting Arrest, and False ID to Law Enforcement. He was arraigned by Judge Kronnagel and sent to BCCF in lieu of $75,000/10% bail. A records check revealed he had a felony warrant out of NJ.
