2/24/2026

BURGLARY – 900 block of Antique Alley at Chipotle reported at 9:22AM. Police responded to the report of a burglary not in progress. The store manager reported the rear door was forced open upon their arrival to work. A locked safe in the office and a cash drawer were open and $1,200.00 was missing from the safe. Surveillance video captured a known male employee enter the office at 1:10AM. Investigation ongoing.

RETAIL THEFT – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Shop Rite reported at 6:19PM. Loss Prevention reported at two unknown females entered the store and removed $974.07 worth of merchandise without paying. Investigation ongoing.


2/20/2026

CREDIT CARD FRAUD – 200 block of Cinnabar Ln. reported at 7:32AM. Complainant reported unauthorized use of their credit card in the amount of $1,164.94.

RETAIL THEFT – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 12:08PM. Loss Prevention reported that on 2/17 at approximately 8:15PM, two unknown males entered the store and removed $333.90 worth of merchandise from the Sephora section without paying. Investigation ongoing.

IDENTITY THEFT – 1500 block of Esther Ln. reported at 1:44PM. Complainant reported unknown person(s) used their information to open an account with Marketplace Health Care.

2/19/2026

IDENTITY THEFT – 2300 block of Lakeview Dr. reported at 9:26AM. Complainant reported unknown person(s) used their information to purchase $1,000.00 worth of Dell computer equipment.

THEFTS:

800 block of Big Oak Rd. at Charles Boehm reported at 9:46AM. Complainant reported theft of a mountain bike Investigation ongoing.

500 block of S. Dove Rd. reported at 4:25PM. Complainant reported theft of $1,310.00 worth of money orders while in transit. Investigation ongoing.

RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY ARREST – Unit block of Oxford Valley Rd. at Sunoco reported at 1:24PM. Police on patrol received an alert for a stolen vehicle at the gas station. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 39 year old male driver from Philadelphia, PA for Receiving Stolen Property, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was taken into police custody. He was arraigned by Judge Kronnagel and released on $5,000 unsecured bail.

2/17/2026

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1400 block of River Rd. reported at 3:06PM. Complainant reported unknown person(s) threw a rock at their mailbox on 2/16. Incident was caught on surveillance.

2/16/2026

RETAIL THEFT – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Shop Rite reported at 8:22PM. Manager reported a retail theft in progress. Upon police arrival, the suspect was exiting the store with stolen merchandise and fled on foot in the parking lot. Police gave chase and were able to detain the 49 year old female from LMT. She was taken into police custody for taking $112.26 worth of merchandise without paying. She was charged with Retail Theft and Possession of Methamphetamine. She was arraigned by Judge Gallagher and sent to BCCF in lieu of $20,000/10% bail.

2/15/2026

CRIMINAL TRESPASS – Unit block of Fairway Dr. reported at 12:09PM. Police responded to the report of a disorderly female who entered the residence and was recording without permission, while attempting to locate her juvenile daughter who was not on scene. The 46 year old female from Langhorne was cited for Criminal Trespass, Disorderly Conduct, and Harassment.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – W. Trenton Ave. & Plaza Blvd. reported at 2:39PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of a small amount of marijuana. The 26 year old male driver from Trenton, NJ was cited for Disorderly Conduct.

2/14/2026

WANTED PERSON – Yardley Rd. & Stacy Dr. reported at 3:23PM. Police on patrol received an LPR hit on a vehicle in the area. A records check revealed the 34 year old male driver from Morrisville, PA was wanted out of Lancaster County. He was taken into police custody.

SIMPLE ASSAULT – 1500 block of Derbyshire Rd. at Penn Wood Middle School reported at 10:57AM. Police responded to the report of an assault that took place between known parties. Video surveillance captured the incident. The 31 year old female from Croydon, PA was charged with Simple Assault, Harassment, and Disorderly Conduct. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

2/13/2026

FRAUD – 100 block of Glen Valley Rd. reported at 4:20PM. Complainant reported their laptop froze while utilizing it and a window popped up advising them to call who they believed to be Microsoft. During this phone call, the victim disclosed personal information and allowed remote access to their computer. $48,000.00 was transferred out of the victim’s bank account. Investigation ongoing.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Big Oak Rd. & Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 4:46PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of a small amount of marijuana. The 24 year old female driver from Ewing, NJ was cited for Disorderly Conduct.

2/12/2026

IDENTITY THEFT – 1200 block of Linden Ave. reported at 8:53AM. Complainant reported unknown person opened credit cards in their name and made a purchase of $1,909.13. Investigation ongoing.

RETAIL THEFT – 900 block of Vansant Dr. at Wegmans reported at 1:52PM. Loss Prevention detained a 65 year old male from LMT for taking $85.00 worth of merchandise. After a short time, the male became uncooperative and fled in a red Mercedes. Police located the vehicle and performed a traffic stop. The male was taken into police custody for Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property. He was transported back to Headquarters and processed.

2/11/2026

IDENTITY THEFT – Unit block of Crown Ter. reported at 10:12AM. Complainant reported unknown person(s) used their information to apply for a loan and open a bank account in their name.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 2100 block of W. Wellington Rd. reported at 9:16AM. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and ransacked it. Nothing reported missing at this time.

2/10/2026

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 900 block of Floral Vale Blvd. reported at 8:52AM. Police responded to the report of a road rage incident involving a male who was “brake checking” a vehicle and eventually struck the vehicle with his fist. The incident was filmed on a cell phone. Police located the suspect’s vehicle in the parking lot and confirmed the male was the same male depicted in the video. The 73 year old male from Bensalem, PA was cited for Disorderly Conduct.

WANTED PERSON – 500 block of W. Trenton Ave. reported at 3:05PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. A records check revealed the 23 year old male passenger from Philadelphia, PA was wanted by Bucks County Probation. He was taken into police custody and turned over to the Bucks County Sheriffs.

SOLICITING WITHOUT PERMIT – 1300 block of Fountain Rd. reported at 5:18PM. Complainant reported solicitors in the area soliciting without permits. They were advised to cease soliciting until permits were obtained.

2/7/2026

ACCIDENT & DUI ARREST – Rt. 332 & Stony Hill Rd. reported at 9:45PM. Police responded to the report of a one vehicle accident vs a traffic signal at the location. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 79 year old male driver from Levittown, PA for Driving Under the Influence.

2/6/2026

THEFT – 800 block of Summerville Way reported at 2:30AM. Complainant reported theft of license plate from their vehicle.

IDENTITY THEFT – Unit block of S. Manor Ln. reported at 10:05AM. Complainant reported receiving an email that two iPhones were purchased in their name and were being delivered to a local hotel. The package was delivered to the hotel and they received a phone call that someone would be enroute to collect the package. The package was turned over to the police department.


2/4/2026

SOLICITING WITHOUT PERMIT – Homestead Dr. & Wrightfield Ave. reported at 3:39PM. Complainant reported solicitor for Victory Home Remodeling soliciting without a permit. He was advised to cease soliciting until a permit was obtained.

RETAIL THEFT – 900 block of Vansant Dr. at Wegmans reported at 3:35PM. Loss Prevention reported on 1/31, two unknown males entered the store and removed $1,235.14 worth of alcohol without paying. Investigation ongoing.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Oxford Valley Rd. & Rt. 1 reported at 11:55PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia. The 19 year old male from Levittown, PA was cited for Disorderly Conduct.

2/3/2026

THEFT – 300 block of Denny Dr. reported at 8:24AM. Complainant reported theft of their license plate.

SOLICITING WITHOUT PERMIT – 300 block of Kathy Dr. reported at 1:45PM. Complainant reported male soliciting for PECO without a permit.

FRAUD:

700 block of Township Line Rd. at Jubilant Pharma reported at 2:15PM. Complainant reported one of their merchants advised their accounts had been compromised and provided a different account number for an $82,368 payment. It was later discovered that the merchant’s account was hacked and the money was wired to an unknown account.

1400 block of Windrow Ln. reported at 3:50PM. Complainant reported receiving a phone call from someone claiming to be from Microsoft advising that their account was compromised and they needed to send $24,950 to catch the individual responsible. The individual realized this was a scam before sending money.

400 block of Roelofs Rd. reported at 9:08AM. Complainant reported theft of their license plate.

500 block of Freedom Dr. reported at 12:50PM. Complainant reported theft of their license plate.

500 block of Clarendon Ct. reported at 2:15PM. Complainant reported theft of their license plate.

2/1/2026

FRAUD – 100 block of Ovington Rd. reported at 7:51PM. Complainant reported sending $700 to unknown person believing their child had been arrested.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD – 22000 block of Cornerstone Dr. reported at 5:28PM. Complainant reported known person used their credit card without permission. Investigation ongoing.

1/31/2026

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Rt. 1 & Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 11:34PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of a small amount of marijuana. A 21 year old male passenger and a 22 year old male passenger from Trenton, NJ were cited for Disorderly Conduct.

1/30/2026

FRAUD – Unit block of W. Ferry Rd. reported at 5:49PM. Complainant reported hiring USARoofMasters.com to repair their home after a hailstorm in April 2023. A check in the amount of $10,083.54 was sent to the insurance company but work was never performed and they are not responding to phone calls or emails.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD:

200 block of Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 9:42AM. Complainant reported unauthorized use of their credit card in the amount of $131.40.

Unit block of Edgewood Rd. reported at 9:50AM. Complainant reported unauthorized use of their credit card in the amount of $1,300.00.

1/28/2026

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Oxford Valley Rd. & Big Oak Rd. reported at 12:00AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of a small amount of marijuana. The 26 year old female driver from Lawrence, NJ was cited for Disorderly Conduct.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS – 500 block of S. Dove Rd. reported at 2:47PM. Complainant reported known person, who was previously trespassed from the property, was seen on surveillance carrying items that were stored in the shed. The 28 year old female from Philadelphia, PA was summonsed for Defiant Trespass and Loitering & Prowling.

RETAIL THEFT – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 3:15PM. Police responded to the Kohl’s Dept. Store for the report of a Retail Theft. Loss Prevention reported that a unknown subject selected nine (9) Fitbit watches and subsequently left the establishment without paying for said items. Total value of items taken was $1,439.91.

***UPDATE*** With the assistance of video surveillance footage and pawn shop records, Detectives were able to positively identify a 23 year old male from Orlando, FL as the individual involved in the theft. A Felony Arrest warrant was issued for the male on 1/28/2026.

1/25/2026

ATTEMPTED FRAUD – 900 block of Baron Dr. reported at 2:46PM. Complainant reported receiving a call from someone claiming to be from the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office stating their family member was arrested and needed to be bailed out. The complainant realized this was a scam and disconnected the phone call.

1/24/2026

ATTEMPTED RETAIL THEFT – 900 block of Vansant Dr. at Wegmans reported at 4:13PM. Loss Prevention reported observing an unknown female on live CCTV concealing merchandise. When she was approached by Loss Prevention, she left the cart and fled in a vehicle. The value of the concealed merchandised was $321.31. Investigation ongoing.

*UPDATE* (2/6/26): After further investigation, Detectives were able to get a positive ID on the female suspect. Detectives responded to her residence, where she admitted to the retail theft and identified herself in surveillance photos. A summons was issued for the 50 year old female from Huntingdon Valley, PA.

1/22/2026

CREDIT CARD FRAUD – 400 block of Lenape Ln. reported at 1:02PM. Complainant reported unauthorized use of their credit card in the amount of $740.33.

1/21/2026

DRUG ARREST – Rt. 332 & Stony Hill Rd. reported at 11:01AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of Oxycodone and Marijuana. The 51 year old male driver from Philadelphia, PA was arrested for Possession of Oxycodone and the 49 year old male passenger from Philadelphia, PA was cited for Disorderly Conduct.

IDENTITY THEFT – 1300 block of Brentwood Rd. reported at 12:04PM. Complainant reported unknown person(s) used their passport to pick up a cell phone that they purchased.

WANTED PERSON – 1700 block of Dobry Rd. reported at 11:22PM. Police received an LPR hit for a Wanted Person. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 28 year old male driver from Morrisville, PA. He was wanted by Bucks County for Failure To Appear. He was in possession of a small amount of marijuana. He was taken into police custody.

1/17/2026

FRAUD – Unit block of Beechwood Ln. reported at 9:41AM. Complainant reported unknown person(s) used their PayPal account to purchase tickets for a San Francisco 49er’s game.

WANTED PERSON – Oxford Valley Rd. & Mill Rd. reported at 10:25AM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. A records check revealed the 55 year old male driver from Philadelphia, PA was wanted out of Philadelphia. He was taken into police custody.

DRUG ARREST – Oxford Valley Rd. & Rt. 1 reported at 4:32PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of marijuana. The 19 year old male passenger from Philadelphia, PA was taken into police custody. He was charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

1/16/2026

DRUG ARREST – Oxford Valley Rd. & Rt. 1 reported at 2:31PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of Cocaine. The 54 year old male driver from Trenton, NJ was taken into police custody. He was charged with Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and related charges.

1/13/2026

BURGLARY – 1400 block of Heather Ridge Dr. reported at 12:25AM. Police responded to the report of a burglary not in progress at the location. Further investigation revealed  surveillance video from 1/9 at 6:19PM showed two unknown person(s) used a ladder to force entry via a second floor bathroom window. Jewelry reported missing at this time. Investigation ongoing.

FRAUD – 700 block of Bushnell Ln. reported at 9:11AM. Complainant reported known person petitioned a fraudulent POA against them and has been wiring money from their account without authorization.

1/12/2026

CREDIT CARD FRAUD – 600 block Leslie Ln. reported at 1:17PM. Complainant reported unauthorized use of their credit card in the amount of $10,800.00.

1/11/2026

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1900 block Woodside Rd. at the Garden of Reflection reported at 8:42AM. Complainant reported unknown person(s) drove a quad through the fields and caused heavy turf damage. Investigation also revealed damage at Woodside Rd. & Dolington Rd. Investigation ongoing.

DUI & ENDANGERING WELFARE OF CHILDREN ARREST – 900 block of Vansant Dr. at Wegmans reported at 9:06PM. Police responded to the report of an intoxicated female who was denied the purchase of alcohol and had a young child in her custody. Upon police arrival, they observed the female operating a vehicle. A traffic stop was conducted. The 44 year old female from LMT was taken into police custody. She was charged with DUI & Endangering the Welfare of Children. She was arraigned by District Justice Petrucci and sent to BCCF in lieu of $25,000/10% bail.

1/10/2026

BURGLARY – 1300 block of Prospect Farm Dr. reported at 12:56AM. Police responded to the report of a burglary not in progress at the location. Further investigation revealed unknown person(s) forced entry into the residence via a second floor bedroom window and removed a firearm, jewelry, and approximately $15,000 cash. Investigation ongoing.

1/8/2026

FRAUD – 100 block of Wildflower Cir. reported at 5:18PM. Complainant reported receiving repeated calls from someone claiming to be from their bank stating there was fraud on the account and they needed to transfer $8,000.00 to an unknown person.

1/6/2026

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT – 200 block of Morris Ln. reported at 3:25AM. Complainant reported Ring video captured unknown person(s) driving their vehicle away at 2:19AM. Initial investigation revealed the suspect entered the unlocked 2006 Honda Odyssey and used the keys inside to steal the vehicle. Investigation ongoing.

1/5/2026

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE ARREST – Rt. 1 & Oxford Valley Rd. reported on 12/26/25 at 1:31PM. Complainant reported on 12/23/25, his vehicle was involved in an accident at the location by an employee who did not have permission to operate the vehicle. A warrant was issued for the 42 year old male from Trenton, NJ for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and related charges. 

UPDATE: On 1/5/26, the 42 year old male turned himself into Police Headquarters. He was arraigned by District Justice Kronnagel and released on $5,000/10% bail.

RETAIL THEFT – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported on 11/10/25 at 11:23AM. Loss Prevention reported on 11/9, an unknown male entered the store and removed four pairs of women’s ADIDAS sneakers without paying. Investigation ongoing.

UPDATE: Investigation led to the identity of the suspect. An arrest warrant was issued for the 46 year old male from Roebling, NJ. On 1/3/26, the male was picked up on the warrant at the Philadelphia International Airport. He was transferred to LMT Police custody om 1/5/26, arraigned by District Justice Kronnagel and released on $5,000 unsecured bail.

1/3/2026

SOLICITING WITHOUT PERMIT – Unit block of S. Manor Ln. reported at 4:24PM. Complainant reported male soliciting for Victory Home Remodeling in the area without a permit. The male was advised to cease soliciting until a permit was obtained.

BURGLARY – 100 block of W. Ferry Rd. reported at 12:05PM. Police responded to the report of a burglary, not in progress, at the location. Further investigation revealed unknown person(s) forced entry into the residence via a side door and removed jewelry. Investigation ongoing.

RETAIL THEFT – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 1:40PM. Loss Prevention reported three females and one male actively concealing merchandise in bags near the fitting rooms. Officers staged nearby and received information that the suspects arrived in a gray Honda Odyssey with New Jersey registration, which was located parked near the front of the store with a male driver inside. A male juvenile matching the provided description exited the store and entered the vehicle. Officers conducted an investigative stop of the vehicle and detained the occupants. In plain view on the rear seat were a black backpack and a black duffel bag, which Loss Prevention advised were used to stash merchandise. During the investigation, multiple items of store merchandise were recovered from the male juvenile’s jacket pockets, and it was confirmed that the clothing he was wearing had not been purchased. The registered owner of the vehicle, and mother of the two juveniles, was detained inside the store along with her juvenile daughter. She provided consent to search the vehicle. The bags were found to contain numerous items of clothing with retail tags, confirmed by Loss Prevention to be stolen from the store. Additional merchandise from another retail location in Falls Twp. was also recovered. In total, $493.61 worth of merchandise was removed from Kohl’s without paying by the adult females and juvenile male and female. A records check revealed the 50 year old male driver from Warminster, PA was wanted by the Bucks County Sheriffs.  He was taken into police custody and turned over to the Bucks County Sheriffs. The 44 year old female from Trenton, NJ was charged with Retail Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, and Corruption of Minors. The 36 year old female from Trenton, NJ was charged with Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property. They were arraigned by District Justice Kronnagel and released on $5,000 unsecured bail.

Police received information that a vehicle wanted in relation to a recent shooting in Bristol Township was in the area of Rt. 332 & Stony Hill Rd. Police patrolled the Prickett Preserve shopping center and located the vehicle in the Wegman’s parking lot. Officers located a male and female in the store. A firearm was recovered on the female. They were taken into police custody. The male was turned over to Bristol Township Police for questioning. The 18 year old female from Bristol, PA was charged with False Identification to Law Enforcement and Weapons offenses. She was arraigned by District Justice Marriott and sent to BCCF in lieu of $60,000/10% bail.

Complainant reported unknown person(s) sole their 2023 GMC Sierra rom their driveway and they were actively tracking it to the Wawa on W. Trenton Ave. in Falls Township. Upon police arrival, one suspect fled on foot and another suspect fled in the stolen vehicle. Police pursued the vehicle, where it entered into Trenton, NJ and the pursuit was called off. Morrisville Police located the juvenile male suspect who fed on foot and took him into custody. Trenton Police located the vehicle on Ward Ave. and it was missing the license plate. The vehicle was recovered by Trenton Police. Investigation ongoing.

DRUG ARREST – 100 block of Oxford Valley Rd. at CVS reported at 10:00AM. Police on patrol observed a vehicle  in the parking lot with two occupants who were sleeping. A well-being check was conducted. While on scene, an employee advised police the third occupant of the vehicle was inside the store planning a theft. Police made contact with the female, who admitted to concealing items on her person in an attempt to deprive CVS of paying for the merchandise. A records check revealed she had a warrant for probation violation out of Bucks County. When asked if she had anything illegal on her person, she admitted to possessing Methamphetamine. She agreed to a search of her belongings. The 40 year old female from Bristol, PA was taken into police custody. She was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was processed and turned over to the custody of the Bucks County Sheriffs.

Police who advised this vehicle was used in several theft from vehicles in their jurisdiction. Northampton Twp. Police advised a firearm was stolen from a vehicle in their jurisdiction using this vehicle as well.

DUI & DRUG ARREST – 900 block of N. Pennsylvania Ave. reported at 5:04PM. Police responded to the report of an unknown call, with a car horn honking in the background at the location. The caller asked for police then hung up. Upon arrival in the area, police could hear a car horn honking repeatedly. Police located a vehicle in a driveway, honking, then fled upon seeing police, nearly striking the officer’s vehicle. Police attempted to stop the vehicle, but the driver would not stop. The vehicle was driving erratically and eventually lost control, disabling the vehicle. At this point, a felony stop was conducted. The driver would not cooperate with police. The 34 year old male from Pennington, NJ was taken into police custody. The male was in possession of three bottles of Bacardi rum and a Ziploc bag containing a white powdery substance.  The male was charged with Driving Under the Influence, Possession of Cocaine, Fleeing & Eluding, Reckless Driving, and related charges.

Police arrived on scene to find the engine off and the windows almost completely up in 92° weather. Police gained entry into the vehicle and found the dog to be very warm to the touch and panting heavily. It was determined that the dog was left alone for at least 25 minutes. Loss Prevention reported 2 males and 2 females were actively concealing merchandise in bags. Police arrived on scene and found one female in the parking lot in front of the store, one male and one female hiding in the backseat of a vehicle in the parking lot and one male in Starbucks. All four were taken into police custody. The merchandise taken was valued at $2,425.28. A 50 year old male from New York, NY was charged with Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen property. He was arraigned by District Justice Kronnagel and sent to BCCF in lieu of $100,000 bail. A 41 year old male from Newark, NJ, a 26 year old female from Ecuador, and a 32 year old female from Irvington, NJ were charged with Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property. They were arraigned by District Justice Kronnagel and sent to BCCF in lieu of $65,000 bail.

THEFT ARREST – 200 block of Sherwood Dr. reported at 1:48PM. On 5/27/25, complainant reported entering into an agreement for replacement windows with a known male on 10/25/24 and paying a $500 deposit. It was agreed that work would begin when windows were delivered. By January, the victim had not heard anything and attempted to get their money back on multiple occasions. The male was advised he had until 5/31/25 to return the money or charges would be filed. An arrest warrant was issued on 6/3/25 for the male. The 52 year old male from Morrisville, PA was taken into custody by Falls Township Police and turned over to LMT Police. The male was arraigned by District Justice Wagner and was released on $25,000 unsecured bail.

While on the phone with police, the fire alarm sounded and the manager observed an unknown female flee the store with a bag of stolen merchandise worth $566.69. The 29 year old female from Trenton, NJ was taken into police custody for Retail Theft. She was arraigned by District Justice Galloway and released on her own recognizance.

SIMPLE ASSAULT ARREST – 900 block of Stony Hill Rd. at Shady Brook Farm reported at 1:54PM. Police responded to the report of a male being verbally and physically aggressive towards employees after being confronted for not paying for bags of strawberries they picked. Witnesses stated the male became angry after being confronted and started smashing bags of strawberries on the ground, pushing staff away and attempting to strike them. The value of the strawberries taken and destroyed was $245.00. While attempting to flee the scene, the male covered his license plate and sped off, causing a female passenger to fall out of the back of the vehicle. Police were able to perform a traffic stop on the vehicle at Township Line Rd. & Floral Vale Blvd. The 40 year old male from Philadelphia, PA was taken into police custody for Simple Assault, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Harassment, and Disorderly Conduct. He was arraigned by District Justice Gallagher and released on $25,000 unsecured bail.

A warrant was issued for the 32 year old female from Trenton, NJ. On 5/19/25, the 32 year old female turned herself in and was arraigned by District Justice Kronnagel. WANTED PERSON – Big Oak Rd. & Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 7:33PM. Police on patrol received an LPR alert for a wanted person. A vehicle stop was conducted and a records check confirmed the 31 year old male driver from LMT was wanted out of Asbury Park, NJ for Fraud and Abuse. He was taken into police custody. WANTED PERSON – 1600 block of Polo Run Dr. reported at 10:23AM. Police observed a known wanted person entering his vehicle at the location. Police immediately attempted to stop the vehicle, but the male refused to stop. After a brief pursuit, the 52 year old male from LMT was taken into police custody.

FRAUD – 200 block S. Fieldstone Ct. reported at 11:09AM. Complainant reported being locked out of their Amazon account on 3/17. After doing an internet search for Amazon’s customer service, they spoke with someone who they believed to be from Amazon. They advised of several fraudulent transactions and transferred the victim to who they believed to be Citizen’s Bank. After speaking with them, they were then transferred to who they believed to be the Federal Trade Commission. During this phone call, the victim was accused of money laundering and advised the victim that they needed to send payment in the form of Bitcoin. The victim went to their bank, who refused to provide the money claiming it was a scam. The victim then went to a bank in Trenton, NJ and was able to withdraw a total of $13,738.00. While watching the news, the victim recognized the name of one of the scammers and realized they had been scammed. Bank unwilling to reimburse as victim was warned of scam.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT ARREST – Unit block of E. Trenton Ave. reported at 3:18PM. LPR technology alerted police to a stolen vehicle in the area. The vehicle had been driven through Lower Makefield on numerous occasions, including on 3/20, when the driver failed to stop for police. The vehicle had passed through LMT again on this date and time, pulled into a parking lot and exited the vehicle. Upon being advised y police to stop, the operator fled on foot. LMT Police were able to detain the male just over the Calhoun Street Bridge in NJ. The 34 year old male from Trenton, NJ was taken into police custody. The male was turned over to Trenton PD for a burglary warrant. LMT obtained a warrant and sent to Mercer County Prison.

THEFT – 1700 block of Cypress Way reported at 4:00PM. Complainant reported having an issue with their home printer on 3/11. Victim performed an internet search for HP Support and called a phone number that came up. The “support tech” was granted remote access to the victim’s computer. The victim was told they would receive $150 in reimbursement for the broken printer. They were then advised the company made a deposit error and had the victim log into their bank account to check for it. While logged in, the “support tech” was able to transfer $275,000.00. from their Savings Account to their Checking Account. Knowing there was $275,000.00 too much in their Checking Account, but not realizing money was transferred from their Savings Account, the victim confirmed the error. They were advised to go to the bank and complete a wire transfer of the $275,000.00, which they did.

THEFT – 900 block of Grange Dr. reported at 6:00AM. Complainant reported having a party the previous night where a magazine was removed from their firearm.

600 block of Adler Ct. reported at 7:39AM. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the vehicle and rummaged through it. Nothing reported missing at this time.

600 block of Bayberry Ln. reported at 12:59PM. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the vehicle and rummaged through it. Nothing reported missing at this time.

1600 block of Bluebird Dr. reported at 3:48PM. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the vehicle and rummaged through it. Nothing reported missing at this time.

FRAUD – 700 block of Bushell Ln. reported at 12:35PM. Complainant reported purchasing $21,200.00 worth of Bitcoin from a fraudulent website.

IDENTITY THEFT – 1200 block of Linden Ave. reported at 1:25PM. Complainant reported unknown person(s) may have received an economic injury disaster loan in their name during COVID.

THEFT – 600 block of Washington Crossing Rd. reported at 3:31PM. Complainant reported theft of refrigerator from outside the residence. Incident was captured on surveillance video. Investigation ongoing.

3/11/2025

RETAIL THEFT – 900 block of Vansant Dr. at Wegmans reported at 1:35PM. Loss Prevention reported an unknown male removed $263.32 worth of merchandise on 3/8 without paying. Investigation ongoing.

FRAUD – 1400 block of Judith Pl. reported at 4:04PM. Complainant reported receiving an email that appeared to be from PayPal advising them that they purchased $728.59 in Bitcoin. They recognized this as a scam.

FRAUD – 100 block of Mountain Oaks Rd. reported at 11:45AM. Complainant reported paying $2,187.93 via credit card after being told they were facing felony charges for bouncing a check.

WANTED PERSON – 300 block of Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 12:22AM. Police responded to the report to check the wellbeing of an individual who appeared intoxicated and stated they were lost. A records check revealed the 40 year old male from Levittown, PA was wanted by the Bucks County Sheriffs. He was taken into police custody.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD – 1600 block of Manion Way reported at 11:29AM. Complainant reported unauthorized use of their credit card in the amount of $595.00.

3/3/2025

THEFT-1300 Block of Heller Dr. at 2:51 PM. Complainant reports that a large sum of money was removed from a check cash that she did not authorize. The bank offered a copy of a check, but it is not complainant’s signature. Monetary loss of $1,581.13

THEFT-1600 Block of Big Oak Rd. at 2:17 PM. Complainant reports that 2 unknown males loaded a shopping cart full of items and left Kohls store without paying for them. Estimated loss of approximately $1,000. Under investigation.

THEFT-Unit Block of N Manor Lane at 1:13 PM. Complainant reports that they received a phone call telling them that their power was going to be shut off and that they needed to pay $800. The complainant then proceeded to pay the $800 through a kiosk. They were then told to do the same thing but for $400, which they did not do. Complainant then reached out to PECO and they confirmed that it was a scam.

FRAUD-1200 Block of Knox Dr. at 2:08 PM. Complainant reports that an unknown person has been making withdrawals from bank account. Bank to do an investigation. Monetary loss of $3,918.

IDENTITY THEFT- 100 Block of Arborlea Ave. at 4:43 PM. Complainant reports that an unknown person opened an account with AT&T in the amount of $146.53. Complainant reported to AT&T. No monetary loss.

THEFT- 700 Block of Stony Hill Rd. at 11:56 AM. Complainant reports that they witnessed an older unknown white male remove a license plate from a vehicle. Under investigation.

FRAUD- 2000 Block of Polo Run Dr. at 9:36 AM. Complainant reports that they noticed a $4,000 charge on bank account. Complainant believes account was hacked after making an online purchase. Bank notified and will reimburse complainant.
