Pine Grove Rd. & Big Oak Rd. reported at 2:47PM. While assisting a disabled motorist, police were approached by a known female who was acting erratic and smelled of alcohol. Police observed the female enter her vehicle and proceed to drive away erratically. Police attempted to  conduct a traffic stop, but the driver failed to stop or yield. The driver sped away, lost control, and slammed into a mailbox. At this point, the 38 year old female driver from LMT was taken into police custody for Driving Under the Influence.
