Executive Order - 

Pursuant to the authority vested in me under Town Law Section 29, I, Fred Costello, Supervisor of the Town of Saugerties hereby ORDER that there shall be no open burning anywhere within the confines of the Town of Saugerties. This order is issued due to the emergency fire conditions currently existing due to extremely dry conditions and is intended to help prevent forest fires in the Town.  This order shall take effect IMMEDIATELY and shall remain in effect for 30 days, unless earlier terminated  or extended by further executive order.
