On September 17, 2026, at approximately 6:20 p.m., the Saugerties Police Department arrested Donnie E. Yinger, age 50, of Saugerties, NY.  Yinger was charged with the felonies of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th Degree and Aggravated Criminal Contempt, as well as the misdemeanor of Assault in the 3rd Degree. Yinger was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and transported to Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) court in Kingston for arraignment.
