On February 20, 2026, at approximately 2:40 p.m., the Saugerties Police Department arrested Vincent Neglia Jr., age 39, of Saugerties, NY, following the report of a dispute.  As a result of an investigation, Neglia was arrested for the felonies of Burglary in the 3rd Degree and Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree, as well as the misdemeanors of Menacing in the 2nd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th Degree, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.  Neglia was processed the Saugerties Police Department and transported to CAP court for an arraignment.
