Following an investigation into the robbery of Speedway on February 17, 2026, the Saugerties Police Department arrested the following individuals:

• Anna G. Beinhart, age 37, of Woodstock, NY, was arrested and charged with the felonies of Robbery in the 2nd Degree and Conspiracy in the 4th Degree.
• Dorothy M. Mowry, age 40, of Mount Marion, NY, was arrested and charged with the felonies of Robbery in the 2nd Degree and Conspiracy in the 4th Degree.
• Daniel Neal IV, age 46, of Marlboro, NY, was arrested and charged with the felonies of Robbery in the 2nd Degree and Attempted Robbery in the 2nd Degree, as well as the misdemeanors of Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, Petit Larceny, Evading Arrest or Concealment of Identity, and Coercion in the 3rd Degree.
• An arrest warrant has been issued for Trevor V. Bicknell, age 40, of Woodstock, NY, who is currently incarcerated, for the felony of Robbery in the 2nd Degree. 

The Saugerties Police Department was assisted by the New York State Police, the Ulster County District Attorney’s Office, and the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office.
