On June 28, 2026, at approximately 12:45 a.m., the Saugerties Police Department arrested Colen M. Mentessi, age 19, of Catskill, NY. Mentessi was charged with the misdemeanors of Assault in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th Degree, Menacing in the 2nd Degree, Resisting Arrest, and the violation of Disorderly Conduct. Mentessi was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on an appearance ticket to appear in the Village of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
