On July 16, 2026, at approximately 10:15 a.m., Gina M. Giuditta, age 32, of Kingston, NY was located on arrest warrant by the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office and turned over to the Saugerties Police Department.  Giuditta was wanted for the misdemeanors of Criminal Trespass in the 3rd Degree, Petit Larceny, and Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, stemming out of a complaint in May 2026. Giuditta was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and transported to Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) court in Kingston for arraignment.
