A traffic stop on S. Winton Road for tinted windows turned into an arrest for criminal possession of a weapon in the 2^nd degree, a class C Felony. On 3/19/26, 26-year-old Keyshawn Gooden of Rochester was arrested after officers found an illegal, loaded 9mm handgun in his car. Gooden, who had a total of 26 suspensions on his NYS driver’s license, was also issued multiple traffic tickets including the misdemeanor of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree. Gooden was transported to CAP Court for arraignment.
