In May of 2025, the Concord Police Department began investigating Scott Gagnon for failure to comply with the requirements of his sex offender registration. As a result of the investigation, probable cause was established to arrest and charge Gagnon with:
Sex Offender Registration; Failure to Comply (Felony)
Registration of Online Identifiers (Felony) X 2
Possession of Child Sex Abuse Image (Felony) X 3
Falsifying Physical Evidence (Felony)
Gagnon was located and taken into custody without incident. Gagnon was processed at the Concord Police Department. Gagnon was ineligible for bail and was subsequently transported to the Merrimack County House of Corrections. Gagnon was scheduled to be arraigned in the Concord District Court on July 14, 2025.
