NOTABLE POLICE INVESTIGATION AND ARREST

In August, 2025 the Dunbarton Police Department was notified of a sexual assault allegation. An investigation was initiated along with several other area law enforcement agencies. As a result of information and evidence gathered during the course of the investigation, the Dunbarton Police Department arrested Kimberly Frechette, 51, Lempster, formerly of Dunbarton, on Thursday, October 9th 2025.

Frechette was charged with aggravated felonious sexual assault – pattern, aggravated felonious sexual assault – incest, incest, and endangering the welfare of a child, all felonies. She was transported to the Merrimack County House of Corrections and held without bail pursuant to New Hampshire RSA 597:2. Frechette will be arraigned in the 6th Circuit – District Division – Concord on Friday, October 10th 2025.
