Incident Summary

On November 3rd at approximately 4:21 p.m., an individual was released on bail by a Bail Commissioner and scheduled to appear in Concord District Court on November 17, 2025, at 8:15 a.m.

Immediately following the release, the individual was taken into custody by federal authorities for immigration-related violations and transported from the Concord Police Department by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). Consulate notification was completed at the individual’s request.

The individual remains in the custody of HSI.

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
